Warwick - Warwickshire is a great place when you are looking to get
away from your busy life. Warwick offers many attractions that will have
you wishing you could have s couple of extra days just to see them all.
Here is just a taste of what Warwick has to offer.
Warwick castle
is it first place visitors should see. The castle lets you experience
over 1000 years of history with many great views to see. The Rose Garden
that surrounds it gives the castle a breathtaking site that everyone
should see. It makes you feel like you have stepped back into the past
again with an olden day touch.
Another place you could go is the
Twycross Zoo. This zoo has been in operation since 1963 and has brought
visitors from near and far to see the beautiful wildlife that it
portrays inside. This Zoo expands over 50 areas and has over 1000
animals which include elephants, monkeys, leopards, lions, meerkats and
more. The Zoo is suitable for all ages and for the whole family to
enjoy. It is another great place to see when in Warwick, Warwickshire.
Although
this may not be for all visitors, but you should really give it a go, a
little way from the city of Warwick is the Stratford upon Avon
Butterfly farm. This farm is the largest tropical butterfly paradise
with a beautiful array of different butterflies to see. They also have
the largest display of insects, from the largest millipede to the
deadliest black widow spider. Kids will enjoy the day out with much to
see, and you will be surprised at how many species of butterfly there
actually is.
